Fatih Özdemir's professional journey is distinguished by his expertise in areas such as Energy Law, IT Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, and Compliance. He has navigated complex legal landscapes, serving reputable organizations with distinction. Before joining YASED, he held the position of Legal Counsel at TotalEnergies (OYAK Enerji), Petrol Ofisi, Getir and BiTaksi, where he demonstrated his legal acumen and dedication.
Fatih Özdemir is actively involved in legal scholarship. He regularly authors articles, delivers lectures, presentations, and interviews, contributing to the evolving legal discourse. His commitment extends to advancing new areas of law and elevating the role of in-house legal and compliance counsel to a specialised profession.

Zafer Kahraman completed his undergraduate education at Galatasaray University Faculty of Law and continued his master's and doctoral studies at the same university. Zafer Kahraman, who earned a doctorate degree in private law, is the author of the books titled Oligopolistic Dependency in terms of Competition Law, External Assumption of Debt in Comparative Law, Law of Obligations Special Provisions Practical Workbook and Pure Guarantee Commitments.

Murat SAYIN, the founding partner of our law office, worked in companies active in the energy sector throughout his professional life as in-house legal counsel. He worked as a Legal in-house counsel, dealt with the court cases and execution files, engaged in the M&A projects of the energy companies, executed an active role in the daily legal consulting of the companies and especially in the disputes and negotiations within the scope of the energy market legislation and practice. He also has an intensive experience related to energy legislation and also EMRA relations. In his professional life, which started with national energy companies, he served as a legal counsel within international companies such as OMV Gas and Power, Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. and SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic). Soon after his working for the energy companies as an in house legal counsel, Atty. Murat Sayın has established Sayin Law & Consulting in order to serve the clients from a professional legal approach of energy. Sayin Law & Consulting, leading by founding partner Atty. Murat Sayın, provides professional legal services to many clients which are active in Turkish and international energy market.

Onur Pajo is a skilled partner with significant experience in all forms of dispute resolution. He is a successful advocate in arbitration and commercial litigation.

He has carved a niche in adjudication and litigation proceedings, but also in the avoidance and early resolution of disputes through less formal procedures such as mediation and negotiation. Onur Pajo provides ongoing, practical advice and training to clients, and has vast experience in the vetting, drafting and negotiation of a range of construction and engineering contracts (including the EPC) and in the drafting and review of main contracts, sub-contracts, bonds, guarantees, collateral warranties and terms of business.

Nurhayat Şen Tilkioğlu completed her undergraduate degree at Istanbul Kültür University in 2016 and her master's degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2020. After working at Prof. Dr. İsmail Yılmaz Aslan Law Office between 2016 and 2022, she worked as a Specialist Lawyer in the Compliance Department of Yıldız Holding Global Legal Affairs Department and as a Senior Attorney and Compliance Specialist at Zorlu Holding. She is currently serving as legal counsel at Anadolu Efes.

Serpil Özcan graduated from Marmara University Law School in 2003 and completed her master’s studies at Kadir Has University in 2018.

With over 20 years of legal experience, she is currently a partner at AESY Legal. Mrs. Özcan specializes in various areas, including litigation and dispute resolution, medical law, press and media law, labor and social security law, GDPR process management, contract law, corporate governance, and commercial and corporate law.Serpil Özcan actively contributes to legal education as a guest lecturer in the GDPR Training Program at Özyeğin University. She has also been a mediator since 2022.

Atty. Mustafa Tırtır graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1999. After working with his professor Prof. Dr.Köksal Bayraktar 11 years, he established Mustafa Tırtır Law Firm in 2011. Atty. Mustafa Tırtır has been in criminal law for over 23 years. While continuing his profession, Mustafa Tırtır completed his master's degree with his thesis on the control of communication at Istanbul Ticaret University. Also, He is in the thesis phase of his doctoral studies at Istanbul Medipol University. In addition, he is gave lectures at Istanbul Medipol University Vocational School of Justice. He has nearly 30 articles in the field of criminal law. He gives training on criminal law on various platforms.
